Support and Logistics Section Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 15 years of experience in program or project management, including budget oversight and vendor management.
• Experience in a program management or operations leadership role.
• Experience developing and implementing strategies to ensure program compliance and enhance user experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in project or program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP).
• Experience in a Program Manager (PGM) role.
• Experience in the executive protection, corporate security, or aviation industries.
• Familiarity with enterprise risk management principles and practices.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with executive-level stakeholders and vendors.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $198,000-$279,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Develop executive security strategy, including proactive, reactive protocols and processes to keep Googlers safe and maintain and execute protocols and practices to assess and mitigate threats to company assets, managing crises and delivering threat assessment services by collecting, evaluating, and disseminating accurate and timely intelligence information to appropriate stakeholders. 
• Collect feedback, ensure documentation is up to date, and facilitate discussions to follow up with stakeholders; propose or implement changes for continuous improvement. 
• Predict, prevent, or avoid tense or dangerous situations, and react as situations emerge. 
• Screen client itineraries and conducting research and intelligence gathering to identify risk factors or form an operational plan for client protection. 
• Lead a team of individuals, set and communicate team priorities that support organizational goals. Set clear expectations with individuals and meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and  development.
