Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 20 years of experience working with enterprise customers, technology delivery, consulting, advisory or equivalent.
- Experience building and managing customer care, client-engagement, and customer excellence initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in management, technical or engineering field.
- Experience successfully growing and managing a professional services organization with a large industry presence.
- Experience working with leading companies in customer excellence functions, in a technology context.
- Demonstrated success managing a software business and software solutions with acumen to deliver to enterprise customers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $310,000-$432,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Provide strong business and technical leadership.
- Create a transformation-led innovation framework that establishes the individual and by extension, the account teams as a “trusted-advisor” to large Industry (Retail, Telco, Media & Gaming, Financial Services, and HCLS) clients and senior client stakeholders (business and technology).
- Contribute to driving growth and program execution by being accountable for the implementation and delivery goals for the business - adjusting solutions, leveraging multiple technology offerings, and establishing a go-to-market plan to address client requirements and challenges in an increasingly complex context and in a business that has a global footprint.
- Build/foster a strong transformation-led and growth-oriented ethos, supported by a well-tuned operations and delivery engine.
