Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Set and achieve sales targets through effective team management and motivation
- Provide ongoing training and development to sales associates to enhance product knowledge and selling skills
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales
Customer Service Excellence
- Foster a customer-centric culture among the sales team, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service
- Maintain a high level of engagement with every customer, every day
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
Operational Management
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Visual Merchandising
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive displays and maintain a visually appealing store environment
Team Collaboration
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment among the sales team
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, promotions, and updates
General Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus
- Previous retail experience; supervisory experience preferred for management roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
