This position plays a pivotal role in driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives, leading a high-performing recruitment team, and ensuring seamless execution of leadership hiring across the luxury brand segment of the organization. This role is responsible for managing daily requisition workflows, resolving escalations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence aligned with the company’s values and brand.
The ideal candidate will be a polished and proactive talent leader who thrives in a high-touch, fast-paced environment. With exceptional communication skills, they will build trusted relationships with stakeholders while bringing a refined, data-informed approach to luxury recruitment strategy.
This individual will also curate and lead exclusive hiring initiatives, elevate the brand through bespoke recruitment events, and partner closely with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to deliver a seamless, white-glove experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
FLEX is a temporary full-time position with an initial assignment of one year and the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
This is a remote position, and we’re open to any location and time zone in the United States.
As the Sr Manager, Recruiting you will:
Engage as a leader on the team managing daily operational deadlines, providing coaching, training and development. Assist in ensuring all TA processes are completed, accurately and timely; as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures.
The Sr Manager, Recruiting will have 3 areas of focus: program management, team development and support, and leading project work.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required
• Bachelor's degree, or related degree required and 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, Management Operations, or related professional area
• OR
• 9+ years' experience in Human Resources, Management Operations, or related professional area
• Ability to lead and manage highly functioning teams in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
• Working understanding of talent acquisition/human resource principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Experience working within a luxury segment or recruiting for luxury brands
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Program Management:
• Daily Management of requisitions across the team.
• Handling and managing questions, escalations, and coaching as appropriate.
• Seek feedback on work and adjust accordingly, with an eye toward continuous improvement
• Communicate with all parties involved with a service orientation in a way consistent with company culture and brand. Establish strong working relationships with TA partners.
• Conduct monthly market calls to engage with leaders on property.
• Assist or prepare correspondence and training as requested
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Team Leadership & Support:
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Hold biweekly 1x1s with each of your direct reports, building strong relationships with each member of the team.
• Set clear expectations and goals for team members. Ensure daily tasks are completed on time.
• Motivate the team to achieve high levels of productivity. Provide timely and direct feedback and coach to performance metrics and behaviors.
• Assists in maintaining effective employee communication channels
• Ensures employees are trained to support successful daily operations. Conduct regular team meetings. Recognize and reward outstanding performance.
Project Management:
• Own and lead a collection of special projects and contribute to broader team goals including specialized hiring efforts in partnership with our America’s HR Team.
• Regularly and effectively lead team meetings.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Collect, analyze, and interpret data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic business decisions
• Manage property hiring events including helping create an attraction strategy, event and interview logistics, and coordinating recruitment marketing efforts
