Job Summary
The Selections Analysis Coordinator will be responsible for interpreting homebuyer selections for upcoming jobs, ensuring accurate billing, and managing order details between builders, designers, and installers. This position is an on-site full-time position and requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and proficiency in data entry and construction blueprint reading.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Knowledge of NHMS/RFMS, Sales Force, SQL, Access Database, Measured Squared, data structure, and proficiency in project management.
- This includes the setting up of new accounts, involving the creation of the Master Overview and Pricing Version.
- Regularly updating project pricing versions in response to pricing or specification changes.
- Understanding and proficiency in cabinets, flooring, and wall product calculations.
- Ability to interpret and analyze blueprints to accurately calculate materials for cabinets and flooring, including walls, half walls, and potential room transitions.
- Responsibilities encompass gathering and organizing builder work specifications at the onset of an account, as well as assisting in organizing builder-specific diagrams or installation specifications.
- Advanced expertise in Excel formulas and formatting.
- Proficiency in creating, modifying, and organizing PDF files using Adobe Acrobat.
- The ability to meticulously compare POS pricing/quantities/totals to NHMS calculations to identify and resolve variances, determining whether corrective action is required in NHMS data, or if a correction needs to be submitted to the builder, or no correction is needed.
- Take charge of generating and formatting bids for potential new projects.
- Persistently follow up for answers to work scope questions.
- Verify the job scope and documentation from our estimating teams for pinpoint accuracy, covering everything from materials and labor to contracts, purchase orders, and billing totals.
- Craft clear, concise work orders and ensure seamless communication of the full scope to our production teams.
