IT/Training Support Specialist (Top Secret Clearance Required)

Provides a broad range of training support in all aspects of the GATES mission (PWS 1.3.3). Responsible for the maintenance, imaging, and configuration of GATES kits. Performs local and remote troubleshooting of end user problems and requests to include hardware/software updates and replacement of workstations. Supports exercises and training and trouble tickets as necessary (PWS 1.3.3.7).

Requirements

Required Skills, And Abilities:

• 3 yrs experience maintaining, imaging, and configuring software and hardware equipment-  3 yrs supporting exercises
• Bachelor's from ABET accredited or NCAE-C-designated institution
• One of the following Certs-

 Security X, Security+, CASP+, CCNA, CCNP Security, CCSP, GCED, GCIA, GCLD, GDSA, GFACT, CISA, FITSP-O, GICSP, SSCP

Minimum Clearance: Top Secret Clearance
