Responsibilities

Responsibilities - Collaborates with Manager and HRO team to provide exceptional service to clients, continue to advance the evolution of proposals, engagement letter, technology tools, service definitions, processes and guardrails, and related activities. - Performs HRO client services to include, but not limited to: - Administers employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave policies, establish efficient systems for enrollment and tracking along including ongoing communications. - Develops and administers performance management process. - Creates and tailors HR reporting per client needs. - Reviews and updates employee onboarding, offboarding and orientation processes by evaluating the effectiveness of current processes, gathering feedback from clients, identifying areas for improvement. - Optimizes the clients HRIS systems and processes. - Establishs a consistent system for naming, storing, and organizing client files. - Creates SOPs to develop consistent and streamlined approaches for data entry workflows. - Addresses client matters with confidence, confidentiality, and consistency. - Creates documents such as offer letters, job descriptions, performance improvement plans, and related. - Shares with Manager concerns regarding a client relationship immediately so appropriate action can be taken to remedy the concern and preserve the relationship. - Works with Manager to manage service scope creep situations. - Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. - Assists in research and new trends impacting our clients and outsourced service offerings. - Contributes to the growth of the HRO service line. - Participates in professional development activities. - Participates in Firm sponsored events for clients and prospects. - Participates in business development activities, e.g., MTL’s, public speaking events.  

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, I/O psychology, organizational communications, or a related field. - PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM SCP, CEBS, CCP or other related certification(s) - 3-5 years human resources and/or organizational development experience - Consulting or HRBP experience - Experience with various Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), e.g., iSolved, ADP, Paylocity - Proficient in client relationship management tools, virtual meeting software, and the MS office suite   Alaina Lister, from our recruiting team, will be guiding you through this process. The estimated base pay range for this role is $88,000 to $118,000 with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases.
