Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Increase internet and phone lead conversion rates through proven strategies.
• Team Leadership: Train and coach sales reps on phone skills, follow-up techniques, and closing strategies.
• Activity Management: Drive high-volume daily activities and ensure team accountability.
• CRM Expertise: Use eLead CRM to build customer relationships, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Customer Engagement: Respond quickly to digital inquiries and guide potential buyers through the sales process.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule dealership visits and test drives from online leads.
• Digital Communication: Engage customers via phone, email, text, and chat.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in BDC, Internet Sales, or Dealership Management
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Ability to structure and close deals
• Comfortable with CRM systems (eLead preferred)
• High digital proficiency and familiarity with social media platforms
