What You’Ll Do

• Diagnose and repair complex issues across the full Toyota lineup with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle advanced systems including engines, transmissions, hybrid/EV platforms, electrical, suspension, and braking systems.
• Execute warranty and customer-pay work to Toyota’s factory standards.
• Road test vehicles and verify all repairs using the latest diagnostic equipment.
• Set the pace for quality and productivity in a high-performing shop environment.

Requirements

• 1 year of automotive experience. 
• ASE certifications are ideal. 
• Strong automotive background 
• Strong teamwork skills 
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written. 
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.  
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
