What You’Ll Do

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming experience.
• Process payments quickly and accurately.
• Maintain clear records and reconcile the cash drawer.
• Answer calls and schedule service appointments.
• Provide accurate service information and confirm appointments.
• Communicate with the service team to keep schedules on track.

Additional Support

• Assist as a backup receptionist when needed.
• Handle mail and perform general administrative tasks.
• Support other team members to help the department run smoothly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Ability to independently problem solve.
