What You’Ll Do

• Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and other financial transactions with accuracy
• Review documentation to ensure compliance and completeness
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end close processes and reporting
• Help improve systems and procedures to increase efficiency

• Experienced in automotive dealership AP/AR
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Professional, clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent; or six months to a year experience; or a combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Mathematical aptitude to include calculating figures such as

• Ability to problem solve.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
