About This Role

As Associate Director, FP&A, you will be the strategic financial partner to a high growth $4B Sales enterprise composed of 11 distinct business units. This role is central to driving performance, enabling growth, and translating complexity into actionable insight. You’ll lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and analytics, helping senior leadership make confident, data-driven decisions that directly impact customer value and business agility.

Your work will shape how resources are allocated, how priorities are set, and how each business unit delivers on its promise to customers. By connecting financial strategy with operational execution, you’ll help build a smarter, faster, and more customer-centric organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Planning & Forecasting: Lead the annual operating plan, long-range planning (1-5 years), and rolling forecast processes across all 11 business units. Engaging with stakeholders across all BUs
  • Performance Management: Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to monitor business performance and drive accountability.
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with BU leaders and executive management to provide financial insights that support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
  • Financial Modeling & Scenario Analysis: Build robust models to evaluate investment opportunities, cost optimization strategies, and risk scenarios.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful reporting to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in planning tools, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, collaboration, and innovation

Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’S Degree.

·       8+ years of progressive experience in Finance and/or FP&A

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior people leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to manage planning cycles across multiple business units with varying operating models.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Fluent in enterprise planning tools, especially Hyperion/HFM, SAP, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated leadership in building and mentoring high-performing teams.
