Branch Manager – Pecan Park| Location: 13831 Research Blvd, Austin, Tx 78757|Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am-5:45PM and rotating Saturdays: 8:45am-12:15pm

Austin Telco is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our ATSA branch. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives in a member-first environment and is passionate about developing staff, driving operational excellence, and building strong community relationships. 

What You’Ll Do:

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring a secure, efficient, and member-focused environment.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff, including performance management, training, and career development.
• Promote digital banking tools and branch technology to enhance member education and service delivery.
• Maintain open communication with leadership and branch operations to align on goals, needs, and opportunities.
• Represent Austin Telco in the community by attending local events and building relationships to grow the member base.

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a credit union or banking environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A commitment to member service and a positive, professional attitude.
