Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage the availability, maintenance, and condition of the vehicle fleet.
  • Coordinate vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules for optimal efficiency.

2. Customer Service:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints.
  • Train and support staff in delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.

3. Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate station staff, including rental agents and customer service representatives.
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure operational efficiency and coverage.

4. Sales And Financial Management:

  • Monitor and achieve sales targets, including upselling additional services.
  • Manage the station’s budget, control operational costs, and ensure profitability.

5. Fleet Management:

  • Oversee fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and ready for rental.
  • Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
  • Optimize fleet utilization to meet customer demand and minimize idle time.

6. Compliance And Safety:

  • Ensure all station operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.
  • Oversee proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions.
