This is an entry-level and full-time position with a working schedule from 9:00-17:00, for our offices based in Thermi.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage warehouses’ stock with reservations and deductions
• Reserve orders from the commercial department in order to satisfy all customers’ needs
• Issue the loading schedule and share it with warehouses and other departments
• Communicate with the cooperative warehouses to achieve full supervision of the goods
• Budget outbound costs and create shipments for loadings
• Ensure company's database is updated
• Collaborate with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Competencies

• Fluency In English

• Degree in logistics/supply chain or relative field
• Up to 1-2 years of relevant experience - entry-level position
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
