Assistant Director – Midtown Houston (Join the founding team of this Brand New School!)

As we open our brand-new Midtown Houston campus, we’re seeking a passionate, bilingual Assistant Director to help shape the school from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity for an early childhood leader ready to inspire educators, support families, and set the foundation for excellence.

What You’Ll Do

• Support and mentor teachers through training and coaching
• Partner with the Director on operations, enrollment, and marketing
• Ensure classrooms are safe, inspiring, and compliant with state standards
• Build strong relationships with families and staff
• Oversee curriculum support and implementation
• Help drive the growth and success of a brand-new school

What We’Re Looking For

• Fluent in Spanish & English (read, write, speak)
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education/related field
• 4+ years in a licensed childcare facility (ages 6 weeks–5 years)
• Knowledge of TX Minimum Standards
• 1+ year of leadership experience preferred
