We are currently looking for a Legal Expert ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.

What You Will Be Doing?

• You will provide legal support to management, business and operational teams on a wide range of matters related to entrepreneurs’ financing.
• You will be involved in structuring cooperation models, preparing and negotiating financing and security agreements, and handling activities connected with the establishment of security interests.
• You will review, draft and negotiate contracts, provide legal advice, prepare opinions, and support product implementation from a legal perspective.
• You will also work closely with other stakeholders to identify and resolve legal issues and ensure that projects and processes comply with applicable regulations.

Skills You Should Have

• A Master’s degree in Law;
• At least 3 years of experience in the financial sector (bank, financial institution, or law firm servicing financial entities)
• Strong command of English
• Good project management skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of financial services, with an interest in product structuring and implementation
• An additional advantage: professional title of Attorney-at-Law or ongoing legal apprenticeship
