About The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to drive technical excellence and innovation in our eCommerce initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, working across multiple technology stacks with a focus on delivering impactful, scalable solutions. You will lead by example, making pragmatic technical decisions, mentoring the team, and ensuring high-quality outcomes that advance our eCommerce strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for eCommerce projects across Salesforce & integration platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization and integration.
- Experience with integration platforms (APIs, middleware, or enterprise integration tools)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that maximize value and impact.
- Set technical expectations and standards for the team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Identify gaps in technology and processes, taking ownership of learning and applying new skills to bridge them.
- Mentor and guide developers while fostering a culture of continuous learning and problem-solving.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative, practical solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud understanding and exposure.
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and data pipelines.
- Ability to work across multiple technologies and platforms.
