PLC programmer with a focus on screwdriving operations (m/f/d)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, implementation and optimization of automated screwdriving processes in a manufacturing environment
• Integration of screwdriving units (electric/pneumatic screwdrivers) with PLC systems (e.g. Siemens)
• Setting screwdriving parameters (Torque, Angle, time), monitoring OK/NOK data, transferring data to MES
• Programming and configuring PLCs for controlling assembly and screwdriving operations
• Cooperation with external automation and tool suppliers

Your Qualifications

• Secondary/University degree in Electrical or IT
• PLC operation - at least 2 years
• Experience with screwdriving processes in a production environment
• Experience with Desoutter screwdrivers is an advantage
• Experience with process evaluation/validation is an advantage
• Reading technical drawings
• Communicative knowledge of English at level B1
