Warehouse Shift Leader (m/f/d)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Leading a team for timely and accurate receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of materials and finished goods
• Ensuring manufacturing material supply according to requirements (quantity, quality, timing)
• Personnel management: attendance, motivation, training, leave and overtime planning
• Internal communication (eBoard, team meetings, 3i activities, 8D reports)
• Responsibility for equipment maintenance schedules
• Ensuring compliance with ESD, health & safety, and work instructions

Your Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SAP 
• At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse/logistics environment
• Knowledge of English 
• Proven experience in people management (min. 3 years)
• Reliability, organization, and communication skills
