Your Key Responsibilities

• You take on a variety of tasks in production, applying your qualifications according to the qualification matrix
• Ensuring both product quality and efficient output is part of your daily responsibilities
• Maintaining cleanliness at you workstation and complying with EHS, OHS, and PO guidelines is a priority for you
• Carefully following all company production rules comes naturally to you
• You implement supervisor instructions reliably and with a strong sense of responsibility
• With your structured approach, you help keep processes running smoothly
• Your strong focus on order and safety makes you a valuable teammate

Your Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a technical or production-related field is an advantage
• Initial experience in production or an industrial environment is desirable
• Willingness to work shifts
• Careful and responsible work ethic
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
• Basic skills in operating machinery or technical equipment are a plus
• Awareness of occupational safety and hygiene standards

Our Offering

• Monthly salary ranging from CZK 24,000 to CZK 32,000, depending on shift model and individual performance
• Work in continuous operating schedule, with additional pay for afternoon, night, and weekend shifts
• Overtime and hardship bonuses according to the Labor Code
