Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks Will Include:

• Communicating with customers and translating customer requirements into production processes
• Collaborating on the development and implementation of new projects for electric vehicles
• Evaluating and reporting quality indicators (PPM, incidents, NCC)
• Working with quality tools used in the automotive industry (8D, PPAP, APQP, FMEA)
• Evaluating risks from a product quality perspective and proposing preventive and corrective measures
• Leading a team responsible for resolving internal and external complaints
• Monitoring quality targets, implementing measures to achieve them and evaluating the effectiveness of measures

We Require:

• Secondary education – ideally in a technical field
• Experience in project management – an advantage
• Good knowledge of the quality process in the automotive industry
• Communicative knowledge of English
• PC skills
• Initiative, ability to work under pressure
• Organisational skills, independence in problem solving, flexibility
• Communication skills, assertive behaviour
