Job Summary

The Technology Product Analyst is an expanded role for a highly motivated, hands-on individual with proven full-stack development and system integration expertise. This position will be instrumental in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and analyzing system behavior to building and implementing technical solutions across the entire stack. The Technology Product Analyst will drive product strategy and improvements by bridging the gap between business needs, data insights, and technical execution, including the critical connections between internal systems and third-party applications. 

Essential Duties

  • Full-Stack Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality features across the entire application stack, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and database logic.
  • System and Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of user behavior and system performance to identify product opportunities and pain points. Dive deep into complex datasets, investigate workflows, and uncover actionable insights to guide the product roadmap.
  • Integration and API Development: Design, develop, and manage APIs and integration services to ensure seamless data flow between internal systems and with external third-party applications.
  • End-to-End Implementation: Participate hands-on in the development and implementation phases, including performing unit and integration tests, debugging features, and automating test procedures. Own the delivery of product enhancements from concept to deployment.
  • Requirements and Technical Specifications: Translate business needs and analytical insights into clear, actionable technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for both full-stack development and integration tasks.
  • Performance Monitoring and Experimentation: Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key product metrics and evaluate performance. Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize product features and validate hypotheses.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: Serve as the technical liaison between business and engineering teams. Present complex data findings and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, specifically regarding integration dependencies and full-stack architecture. 

Complies with all State and Federal Banking regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: BSA, Anti-Money Laundering OFAC, CIP, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, Sexual Harassment, Information Security and privacy requirements.  This position will elevate suspicious activity to supervisory staff and/or BSA department.  Completes compliance and other technical training workshops as assigned.

Required Knowledge

  • Technical Proficiency 
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Demonstrable experience with full-stack development using frameworks and languages relevant to our tech stack (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular, Node.js, Python, Java).
  • Expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs and other integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Integration Expertise 
  • Experience with automated integration tools and working with data from third-party APIs.
  • Familiarity with securing integration scenarios using appropriate authentication and encryption methods.

For qualified positions, the Bank may designate Officer Titles to employees who meet defined competencies for an eligible position. This position is not eligible for an Officer Title.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information systems, or a related technical field is preferred. 
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with data governance and quality best practices.
  • Prior experience in a specific industry relevant to the company's product.
  • Experience with containerized architectures (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
