Role

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Officer to be the face of our reception area, someone who can create an organised and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.

What You’Ll Be Doing

• Greeting and supporting everyone who walks through our doors
• Managing reception during busy times and events
• Handling phone calls and messages professionally
• Overseeing post and parcel deliveries
• Coordinating visitor parking and ID badges
