Job Description

  • Coordinating and supporting quality initiatives within the company.
  • Analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Participating in the execution of quality projects according to the agreed plan.
  • Collaborating closely with department managers and teams during the implementation of improvement actions.
  • Preparing and submitting quality performance reports to Eurofins Group.
  • Supporting the development of the Quality Assurance program through standardization and clear definition of requirements.
  • Delivering training sessions for Eurofins employees on quality assurance topics.
  • Assisting in solving day-to-day quality-related issues.

Qualifications

  • University degree (technical background is an advantage).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality-driven environment, with structured problem-solving practice.
  • Experience in the laboratory sector (microbiology) is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, with focus on timely task completion.
  • Ability to drive improvement actions in cooperation with others, without formal authority.
  • Knowledge and practical use of quality tools (8D, 5WHY, FMEA, A4, PDCA).
  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and support decision-making.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
