ALBERT HOTEL is hiring for a SPA ATTENDANT

An urban oasis, tucked away off of Main Street in the heart of Fredericksburg, TX, Albert Hotel offers a peaceful yet sophisticated luxury experience in Texas's famed Hill Country. Opened in January 2025, the property features 105 thoughtfully appointed guest rooms and suites, along with uniquely designed bunk rooms and a private house with custom furnishings, locally-curated amenities, and thoughtful touches.

With the guest experience in mind, Albert's elevated amenities include a sunken limestone pool featuring an outdoor bar and cabanas, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a 2,000-square-foot full-service spa. Additionally, the property is home to four on-site culinary outlets, including The Restaurant at Albert.

Albert boasts 3,600-square-foot of semi-open air event space, a 1,200-square-foot mezzanine deck, and an expansive event lawn, making it a prime destination for weddings, private events, and intimate gatherings.

What You'Ll Do:

• Thoroughly clean spa locker rooms, relaxation room, and common areas according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Replenish guest amenities as needed including towels, robes, beverages, bathroom supplies, etc.
• Sanitize all high-touch items in guest’s rooms daily
• Notify your Supervisor of any areas that need to be placed out of order for maintenance concerns
• Greet all guests in close proximity and make each feel important by providing a genuine welcome
• Possess knowledge of all guest services and amenities
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the work area
• Ensure immediate response is given to guest comments and concerns; inform immediate supervisor andapply corrective measures when necessary
• Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good, safe working condition
• Deliver dirty linens to the Laundry Department and pick up clean linens.
• Clean and sanitize spa locker rooms, relaxation room, and common spa areas
• Assist as needed at the reception desk to answer the phone, take reservations, and check in guests.

Who You Are:

• You have 1+ years of customer service experience preferably in a spa setting.
• You have previous cash-handling experience.
• You believe in hospitality, deeply and passionately.
• You know how important relationships are and you find joy in growing and maintaining new ones.
• You use your time wisely and are an expert in prioritizing and multi-tasking.
• You're thorough, have excellent communication skills, and pay close attention to detail.
• You're patient and able to remain calm in stressful situations.
• You have a strong work ethic and can work both autonomously and with a team.
