You will contribute across the stack, with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript, DOM manipulation, and browser technologies. Project

The project is a cutting-edge demo creation platform that transforms how enterprise sales teams present complex software. Our goal is to reduce engineering dependencies, streamline the demo creation process, and provide customers with seamless, interactive experiences. 

At this stage of development, we are focused on developing core cloning functionality, optimizing performance algorithms, and enhancing our Chrome extension and editor platform. This offers exciting opportunities to work on high-impact features in a fast-moving environment. Job Description

• Develop and deliver complex features for the Chrome extension, editing platform, and replay rendering system 
• Implement high-performance solutions for DOM diffing, tree traversal, and state synchronization 
• Write high-quality, test-driven, and maintainable TypeScript/JavaScript code, with Back-end Django/Flask support 
• Debug and resolve production issues and contribute to continuous integration pipelines 
• Collaborate closely with product managers and Senior engineers to shape technical decisions and quickly deliver value to Customers 
• Mentor Junior engineers, share knowledge, and promote the adoption of best engineering practices across the team 
• Adapt to evolving startup priorities, contributing to both technical and process improvements 

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development, ideally within product-focused teams 
• Strong skills in JavaScript and TypeScript with a deep understanding of modern programming language features 
• In-depth knowledge of DOM structures, virtual DOM, and reactivity models (React, Vue, Solid, etc.) 
• Proven experience with browser APIs, Chrome Service Workers, and client-side rendering pipelines 
• Familiarity with DOM diffing, mutation tracking, and state synchronization  
• Skilled at solving complex problems involving DOM structures, Virtual DOM, tree diffing, and state synchronization   
• Experience with Back-end frameworks such as Django and Flask 
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments, Docker, and Kubernetes 
• Solid experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), test-driven development (TDD), and CI/CD pipelines  
• Ability to make technical trade-offs balancing business needs and engineering requirements
