Description

This is a 3-month contract position, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role, depending on performance and business needs.

For this role, applicants must be based in the Philippines to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing and approving music releases to ensure they meet formatting, quality, and compliance standards for distribution
• Identifying and resolving distribution-related issues such as takedowns, disputes, and content mismatches
• Managing music metadata, ensuring that all information is complete, accurate, and aligned with our platform's guidelines
• Troubleshooting and resolving any technical or delivery challenges that may arise during the distribution process
• Collaborating with internal teams to streamline and optimize distribution workflows

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in music distribution, quality assurance, or customer service roles
• Proficiency in music metadata management and a strong understanding of the digital music industry
• Ability to work during public holidays with compensation provided at a higher rate for work completed on these days
• Familiarity with copyright and licensing requirements is a big plus, passion for music is essential
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekend shifts and availability to work through the holiday season to meet seasonal demands
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• The contract is for 3 months, with a chance for conversion to full-time based on performance and business needs
