What you’ll do:

- Identify areas where we need more insight, and helping to define and deliver solutions
- Work with our squads to develop consolidated trading plans and make sure everyone is aligned on our long-term goals
- Define and manage our planning timeline, prioritising activities, and resolving conflicts
- Evaluate our CVM processes and finding ways to optimise them
- Support the Senior Manager with budget management, forecasting, and tracking
- Help to lead cross-segment strategic initiatives and remove blockers with key support functions and business partners
- Track and monitor our performance against key metrics, and feed back to our teams and stakeholders
- Support our Senior CVM Managers and Head of CVM with generating content and performance updates for key forums
