Full-Stack Developer with DevOps experience

About The Role

At Drumelia, we stand for innovation in the real estate industry and focus on making our internal workflows as optimized and efficient as possible, especially through the use of AI. This is why we are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a DevOps mindset who can strengthen our digital capabilities, support ongoing improvements, and help us design and implement internal tools powered by AI. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure, and play a key part in introducing new digital solutions into the company. 

What You’Ll Do

• Develop and maintain our website (front-end and back-end).
• Implement new features, integrations, and performance improvements.
• Work on deployment pipelines, hosting, and infrastructure (DevOps practices).
• Collaborate with Marketing and Data teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Design and develop internal tools and automations (including AI-based solutions) to support day-to-day business needs.
• Integrate third-party APIs and AI services into workflows and the website.

What we’re looking for 

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer (front-end + back-end) for minimum of 2 years
• Solid knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar).
• Experience in coding with AI (building integrations, creating automations, working with AI agents).
• Basic knowledge of Data Analytics
• Experience with databases, APIs, and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, monitoring).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
