In this hybrid role, you will report to our Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.

You Will:

  • Contribute to the entire recruiting lifecycle, and make sure to build and execute against an equitable, inclusive, and accessible hiring system.
  • Manage hiring manager relationships – develop partnership with the hiring manager to help define the scope of their needs, advise on leveling, and help drive the hiring manager to a hiring decision.
  • Perform recruiting analyses and talent assessments to determine how best to optimize your search strategy and overall hiring productivity, making adjustments to strategy as appropriate. 
  • Manage candidate relationships; providing excellent candidate care and experience. 
  • Extend, negotiate and close offers, including making recommendations to hiring managers and champ callers on offer close strategy.

You Have:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of recruiting and 1+ years of in-house experience required, preferable experience with hiring for business and operations
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience with an  expert ability to source and closing candidates at all levels from early career to senior level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages
  • A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships

The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the role location or, if the role can be performed remote, the specific salary range for your preferred location, during the hiring process. 

Waymo employees are also eligible to participate in Waymo’s discretionary annual bonus program, equity incentive plan, and generous Company benefits program, subject to eligibility requirements.
