- Execute network refresh activities, including remediation and replacement of WAN/LAN/WLAN equipment in alignment with organizational change management processes.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to coordinate equipment delivery, circuit activations, and other network-related activities during implementation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during implementation to ensure smooth deployment and operational readiness.
- Provide first-day-of-business support and hypercare to ensure operational stability post-implementation.
- Perform physical decommissioning and removal of legacy equipment.

- Finalize project closure activities, including lessons learned and documentation updates.
- Confirm project completion and transition of the site to operational teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues after implementation, if any, to maintain operational stability, and support the NOC post-handoff by providing context on the cut-over if required.
- Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for network infrastructure, configurations, and asset tracking.
- Participate in design reviews, update cookbooks, and contribute to post-incident analysis.
- Follow organizational policies for change management, security, and compliance.
