As Lead Architect, You Will:

• Define system architecture and clarify design requirements to guide hardware/software teams.
• Work out fit for purpose solutions that require deep expertise in electronics design and cross-domain integration.
• Make strategic design decisions balancing cost, modularity, robustness, scalability, and quality.
• Communicate technical aspects effectively to internal and external stakeholders, including customers.
• Stay ahead of technological trends and drive the integration of innovative solutions into product designs.
• Solve complex design trade-offs and mentor engineers in design analysis and tools.

Qualifications

• Senior engineering background in electronics, with strong system-level thinking.
• Proven experience in architecture, innovation, and cross-functional leadership.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to connect technology trends to business development.
• Excellent communicator and coach, able to inspire and guide teams.
