Job Description

  • Position Overview:
  • To serve the growing needs of AVC Club owners, the Partnership Executive is responsible for the below:
  • To onboard new partners in several regions and create strategies that supports our ability to drive strong, mutually beneficial relationships with these partners with a result to burn more points with lower cost
  • To create packages and campaigns to drive usage and points spending in Club Resorts.
  • To collaborates with Inventory and Club Services Team to shape decisions and strategies and work closely with the internal stake holders of the Club to understand which markets or segments to focus on.
  • Working closely with Club Services Teams’ Trainer and Quality Assurance personnel to ensure the Owner servicing team are fully equipped to encourage the usage of the partners, packages and campaigns introduced.
  • To liaise closely with AVC Legal Team, MARCOM team, Sales & Marketing Team and Resort Operations Team in regard to contract negotiation and creation, content creation and collaboration transparency.
  • Preparing and analysing both scheduled and ad hoc reports in Excel,  PowerPoint and Power BI formats for the Inventory Team
  • Assist Inventory team by providing relevant market intelligence and performance information, both internal and external, within and beyond the industry
  • Support other Inventory functions with reporting and analysis upon request

Key Responsibilities:
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list. Anantara Vacation Club is keen to find new ways to look after the business, Points Owners, and stakeholders. With this in mind, the key responsibilities are:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Proactively track and assess changes, new market entries, and overarching industry trends within the lifestyle, culinary, and travel spending domain to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Partnership Strategy & Negotiation: Utilize past experience, knowledge and negotiation skills to secure win-win partnerships that benefit both Anantara Vacation Club (AVC) and partners.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Actively engage in key meetings and ensure the provision of robust, ongoing support to cultivate strong relationships and maximize partner satisfaction.
  • Strategic Leadership & Marketing: Create and discuss the strategic planning process with Manager - Revenue and Inventory, defining and driving strategies to meet specific KPIs set for you and the Company. Orchestrate and execute comprehensive marketing plans for partner rollouts, collaborating closely with Club Services Team, Marcom, and the Resort Operation’s team.
  • Campaign Development & Monitoring: Create a campaign calendar in advance, especially to work towards strategizing the push towards the low occupancy Club Resorts. Discuss and execute per the review and decision made by Manager - Revenue and Inventory. Oversee the creation of regular marketing campaigns and monitor their performance diligently to ensure effectiveness.
  • Program Performance Optimization: Analyze program performance of Points Redemption partners, stay packages and campaign roll out using advanced data intelligence tools. Provide quarterly performance reports to stakeholders and make informed decisions regarding the continuation of underperforming initiatives.
  • Analytical Insight: Conduct ongoing weekly trend analysis of Points Redemption partner performance, stay packages and campaign roll out to pinpoint areas for enhancement and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

  • Partnership Acquisition & Relationship Management: Measure the number, quality, cost-effectiveness, and satisfaction of new and existing partnerships.
  • Campaign & Package Effectiveness: Track usage, points redemption, ROI, and impact of campaigns on resort occupancy.
  • Strategic & Market Insight: Evaluate the identification and reporting of market trends, opportunities, and internal strategic alignment.
  • Program & Performance Analysis: Assess overall performance of redemption programs and initiatives through data accuracy and insight-driven decisions.
  • Internal Collaboration & Enablement: Monitor effectiveness of cross-functional coordination, training adoption, and operational readiness for partner rollouts.

Qualifications

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Experienced in creating, launching, and evaluating marketing and engagement campaigns.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong skills in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to extract insights and make informed decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effective at collaborating with cross-functional teams including Legal, Marcom, Sales, and Operations.
  • Communication & Presentation: Clear, persuasive communicator with the ability to tailor messaging for various audiences.
  • Project Management: Capable of managing timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.

Customer/Owner Focus: Deep understanding of customer behavior and ability to design offerings that drive engagement and satisfaction.

Training & Enablement: Ability to support internal teams through knowledge transfer and capability building.

The preference is that the Partnership Executive has an extensive network in Thailand and/or South East Asia, and that he/she can work individually and is able to maintain relationships with partners in the long term.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in partnership development, business development, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Familiarity with hospitality, resort operations, and/or loyalty or points-based programs is highly preferred.
  • Excellent command of English and Thai – both written and verbal; proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed strategic recommendations.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-cultural, and fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of projects/campaigns.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present to internal and external stakeholders.
