We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee branch installation operations, manage installer crews, and ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards.

Responsibilities

What You’Ll Do

• Manage daily installation operations to meet branch revenue goals
• Recruit, hire, and train qualified installers
• Monitor job quality with regular inspections and enforce standards
• Oversee inventory control and order materials as needed
• Ensure compliance with permits, codes, and inspections
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the project progress
• Negotiate labor costs and review labor invoices for accuracy
• Supervise and train production staff
• Resolve service requests quickly and cost-effectively
• What We’re Looking For
• Other duties and tasks as assigned
