General Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone/ e-mail or ticketing system.
- Process and monitor technical incidents.
- Advise and support the customer in consideration of functional requests.
- Assist the customer in resolving 1st and 2nd level issues.
- Dispatch and track tickets for the 3rd level support.
- Follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research.
- Demonstrate the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian(B2) and English (B2).

- Previous customer service related experience would an advantage.
- Previous experience in IT would be considered as an advantage.
- Shift structure: Start as early as 7 AM and end no later than 9 PM
- On-Call Duties: Night time (9 PM to 7 AM) and on weekends
- Proactive and analytical approach.

Work Organization:
- Shifts and On-Calls are pre-scheduled and rotated among the team members equally
