Essential Job Functions
- Track global security risks and provide updates to management.
- Support investigations of theft, loss, or security violations.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and customer requirements.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain security records.
- Assist in developing policies, procedures, KPIs, processes, etc.
- Work with operations teams, drivers, and vendors to resolve issues.
- Monitor shipments, drivers, and facilities using GPS and security systems.
- Respond to alerts and escalate incidents following company procedures.
- Partner and coordinate with customers regarding various security matters (onsite SOC, HV transport, investigations, etc.)
- Partner with Operations to maintain compliance with global security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Operations & Corporate IT to ensure facility security hardware aligns with global standards
- Reporting and investigating any/all security incidents
- Partner with Operations and Corporate IT regarding any security enhancements or process improvements surrounding site security
- May communicate with law enforcement on security matters.
- Assist with overseeing processes, identifying and implementing process improvements for High Value Transportation Policy
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
- Job will require regular and punctual attendance as well as presence on-site at the assigned work location.

- Knowledgeable of warehouse operations and freight/logistics optimization.
- Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and document processes and procedures.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate with internal and external resources, respond to questions from senior management, and manage through conflict with a positive, flexible attitude and professionalism.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
- Familiarity with GPS tracking or security systems is a plus.
- Dependable and detail oriented.
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
Certifications And Licenses
- Professional certification may be required in some areas.
