About The Role

As a Project Manager with a Creative Producer focus, you’ll lead multidisciplinary initiatives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and storytelling—partnering with creatives, strategists, technologists, and external collaborators to turn bold ideas into world-class outcomes on time and on budget. This contract goes until January 31st.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production from concept and scoping through execution, delivery, and postmortem
• Translate ambitious creative ideas into clear roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables while preserving originality
• Define scope, allocate resources, and manage expectations across creative, strategy, tech, and account teams
• Drive meetings, reviews, and communications that keep stakeholders aligned, energized, and focused
• Anticipate risks and blockers; resolve issues proactively with diplomacy and creativity
• Manage vendors, freelancers, and production partners to ensure quality, consistency, and smooth collaboration
• Maintain transparent documentation: timelines, status updates, budgets, and learnings
• Advocate for and implement process improvements that support creative flow
• Other duties as assigned

About You

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, creative production, or agency environments (digital, content, experiential, or marketing)
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight timelines
• Familiarity with creative and production workflows (concepting, creative reviews, versioning, stakeholder approvals, asset delivery)
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+), with the ability to make the complex simple
• Proficiency with Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Figma, and Miro; process-driven yet adaptable
• Producer mindset: flexible, resourceful, solutions-oriented, and deeply collaborative
• Bonus: Experience with motion/video, interactive/web, or AI-powered creative workstreams
