Job Description
► Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
► Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous manner
► Maintain and update office records, files, and databases
► Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
► Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested
► Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
► Support the HR and finance departments with basic administrative tasks
► Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
► Maintain office cleanliness and organization
► Perform other duties as assigned to support overall business operations
Qualifications
► High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred)
► Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role
► Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment
► Strong written and verbal communication skills
► Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
► Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
► Ability to work independently and as part of a team
► Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
