Job Description
The EMEA SAP Platform Architect plays a critical role in supporting and advancing Colliers' SAP Platform. This role oversees all technical aspects of the SAP Platform (SuccessFactors, SAP S/4 HANA, Concur) and key integrations. The platform spans 19 countries across EMEA and serves over 4000 employees. The architect collaborates with the Fina+ Programme team, implementation partner (NTT), and AMS Support Partner to ensure smooth transition into Live Service and stable operations. This role is part of a newly formed team responsible for service delivery and continuous improvement of SAP applications including SAC and BTP Services.
Role Purpose
To collaborate with Product Owners of People+ and Fina+ to deliver excellent customer service, respond effectively to change, and ensure a secure, long-term SAP Platform for managing people and finance data across Colliers’ EMEA business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee core technical configuration and resolve escalated live-service issues.
- Provide architectural guidance on system design and configuration.
- Build relationships with SAP Delivery Partners and ensure technical governance.
- Prepare requirements documents and functional specifications.
- Participate in the Finance Best Practice Group.
- Support training, testing, and transition activities for new releases.
- Assess impact of SAP upgrades and maintain a prioritized backlog of enhancements.
- Support onboarding of new business acquisitions to the SAP Platform.
- Lead integration design and strategy for connecting core systems with supporting applications.
- Ensure secure, scalable integration implementations.
- Engage with EMEA stakeholders and align with Enterprise Architecture team.
- Provide guidance to local teams and external partners.
- Troubleshoot solution design issues and stay updated on SAP and integration technologies.

Qualifications
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- ITIL Certification (desirable).
- Certified in SAP solutions, preferably S/4HANA FI/CO & PS.
- Minimum 3 full S/4 HANA implementations as a Solution Architect.
- Strong HR and Finance domain knowledge.
- 5–10 years of SAP experience in implementation and support roles.
- Experience in establishing and operating an SAP center of excellence.
- Proven experience in application integration in complex enterprise environments.
