Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CRM professional with a strong background in esports to lead our customer relationship management strategy. This role is critical in driving engagement across diverse player segments, supporting esports initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of impactful CRM campaigns tailored to the esports audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM platform setup, operations, and maintenance, ensuring it meets the needs of esports user bases;
  • Build and execute audience segmentation strategies (esports disciplines, competitive players, casual gamers, VIPs);
  • Develop tailored CRM communication flows;
  • Collaborate closely with the product teams;
  • Perform CRM analytics focused on esports engagement metrics, player activity, and community behavior;
  • Report on campaign performance, providing insights to optimize engagement with esports audiences;
  • Continuously test and refine CRM strategies to enhance the esports player lifecycle;
  • Align CRM activities with broader esports marketing and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in CRM management within the esports is a must;
  • Ability to communicate easily in Ukrainian;
  • Deep understanding of esports ecosystems, player behavior, and community dynamics;
  • Strong expertise in CRM platforms, campaign automation, and player segmentation;
  • Analytics: SQL / Excel / Google Analytics / Amplitude / Tableau;
  • Experience in lifecycle marketing and retention tailored to esports or gaming communities;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with esports and product teams;
  • Genuine passion for esports and commitment to enhancing player engagement;
  • Understanding of product metrics (MAU, Retention, LTV, CAC, Bonus Rate);
  • Experience in building customer journeys and automated scenarios.
