The Warehouse Administrative Clerk is responsible for performing various administrative tasks in support of delivery, warehousing and shipping operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify the arrival of new orders in the computerized system;
  • Generate computerized list of items for order pickers based on delivery routes;
  • Prepare delivery notes for delivery drivers with specific instructions for each route;
  • Monitor delivery times and communicate information to customer service;
  • Provide telephone assistance to delivery drivers on the road;
  • Take charge of customers picking up at the warehouse;
  • All other related tasks.

Success Factors

  • Local expertise: You have excellent knowledge of the road network in and around the region;
  • Technical skills: You are proficient in the main office utilities (Word and Excel) and have 1 to 3 years' experience in a similar position in office automation and customer service;
  • Team player: You have good team spirit, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Stress resistance: You are able to make quick decisions in emergency situations and know how to prioritize. You always have a solution to overcome obstacles and unforeseen circumstances;
  • Language skills: fluent in English
