The Clarity Clinic Practice Manager plays an essential role in executing the Clinical, Operational and Financial needs of the practice(s). This role requires an individual who can lead a diverse team, communicate impactfully and enable the growth of the organization. Within the clinic, you will work closely with our Psychiatrists, Advanced Practice Providers, Psychotherapists and Therapists and lead a team of Patient Care Coordinators. This role requires intercompany collaboration with our HR, Billing, and Technology departments. Practice Managers will report to the Director of Operations, working closely to implement new initiatives and process improvement opportunities.
Clinic Location (s): The Practice Manager will have oversight of two (2) adjacent clinics leading the operations team(s) and collaborating with the clinical staff.

- Collaborate with the supervising physician to evaluate clinical staff.
- Assist the local clinical team with developing, implementing, and achieving clinical targets.
- Develop strong relationships with clinical team including Psychiatrists, Advanced Practitioners (PAs and NPs), Psychologists, and Therapists.
- Directs, supervises, and coordinates activities of clinic locations and personnel to ensure consistency across the site(s).
- Supports Director of Operations in developing and implementing appropriate policies and procedures towards organizational goals.
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication to promote collaboration and delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Assist in development and implementation of new programs and service lines.
- Optimizes utilization of facilities, supplies and staff.
- Utilize clinical IT infrastructure to deliver patient care and execute administrative needs.
- Responsible for ensuring a full staff at each location.
- Create and maintain staff schedules.
- Identify and address operational challenges to improve workflow efficiency.
- Analyze financial data to make informed operational decisions.
- Utilize metrics, dashboards, operational checklists and key performance indicators to drive clinical performance, best practices, and successfully manage a practice.
- Ensure all budgets and production expectations are met or exceeded, and that financial data and records are balanced.
- Ensure bank deposits are protected and made in a timely manner according to established guidelines and protocols; monitor, protect, and verify petty cash funds where applicable.
- Stay updated on and comply with all state and federal regulations including HIPAA, ADA, OSHA, and FLSA.
- Comply with employee labor laws, regulations and policies.
- Demonstrate knowledge of healthcare and in-patient or multi-site facility delivery.
- Assist in the selection, employment and management of clinic employees.
- Develop corrective action/performance improvement plan to meet performance standards.
- Empower subordinates to become effective operational and clinical leaders.
- Reviews and interprets operational problems/policies. Resolves problems and recommends changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a Front Office Manager, preferably in healthcare.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with full life-cycle of employee interactions: Hiring to Separation.
- Highly computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office, EMR Software
- Full Time Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (commensurate to years of experience).
