Our School Services Division provides a range of school support services students in more than 100 non-public and charter schools throughout the Delaware Valley.
CORA is currently seeking a part-time Program Coordinator to help ensure the effective operation of the Make and Take Teacher Resource Center. This role involves equipment maintenance, inventory and expense management, and delivering exceptional customer service to all qualified teachers who utilize the Make and Take Resource Center.
Part-time schedule: 20 hours per week
Pay rate starting at $20.50 per hour

In addition, as a part-time Program Coordinator of the Make and Take Center your duties will include:
- Partner with the Center Manager to manage day-to-day operations of the Resource Center, and act on behalf of the Center Manager in their absence.
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance to teachers in locating and designing relevant materials, operating equipment, and effectively utilizing the Resource Center.
- Provide routine maintenance and troubleshooting for equipment including copiers, laminators, die-cutter machines, poster printers, and computers; coordinate with IT vendor for escalated issues.
- Track material/supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Maintain purchasing records and submit invoices for payment.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and visitor records for Resource Center visits.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
- 2+ years of administrative, tech support or related experience.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on office equipment and technology.
- Ability to maintain supply inventories and procurement processes effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with design tools such as Print Shop and Canva strongly preferred.
- Openness and ability to learn new technological systems and tools.
- Some familiarity with educational curriculum and resources is preferred.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, teachers, visitors, and vendors.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
