Job Title: Digital Project Coordinator

Position Summary

We’re looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Digital Project Coordinator to support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. This role partners closely with the Digital Transformation Manager and plays a critical part in coordinating projects that span both technical and business domains.

You’ll collaborate across a broad range of teams—from IT functions like infrastructure, support, integrations, and project delivery to business areas including finance, procurement, human resources, marketing, and operations—ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about improving how teams work through digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination and execution of digital projects from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment across technical and business teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project goals, manage timelines, and track deliverables
  • Maintain visibility into project progress, risks, and dependencies using project management tools
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for digital processes, including SOPs and procedural guides to support consistency and scalability across teams
  • Support the rollout and adoption of emerging digital tools and platforms—such as automation technologies, chatbots, and content systems—by coordinating implementation efforts and enabling team readiness
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to shifting priorities with agility and focus
  • Facilitate meetings, stand-ups, and project reviews to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Assist in resource planning and task coordination across distributed teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project workflows, tools, and team practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, IT, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating digital or cross-functional projects
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar)
  • Familiarity with digital technologies such as RPA, chatbots, automation platforms, and CMS
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies, with the flexibility to tailor planning approaches to dynamic project environments
