The Marketing Director will help lead the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy to position our modular prefabricated construction solutions as the preferred choice in the marketplace. This role combines strategic vision with practical execution, overseeing brand development, demand generation, digital marketing, customer engagement, and market intelligence. The Marketing Director will partner closely with Sales, Product Development, and Operations to drive growth, strengthen our competitive advantage, and communicate the value of modular construction to clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
What You'Ll Do:
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals, growth targets, and market positioning.
- Define brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels, materials, and touchpoints.
- Oversee the development of annual marketing plans and budgets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the construction industry.
- Drive brand awareness and thought leadership through targeted campaigns, events, and industry partnerships.
- Drive programs designed to generate leads and optimize marketing-qualified opportunities.
- Lead the creation of compelling content (case studies, white papers, videos, social media, website) to showcase product benefits and key value propositions.
- Oversee digital marketing, including website development/maintenance, SEO, paid media, email campaigns, and social platforms.
- Support brand presence in trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Partner with Product Development to launch new offerings and communicate their value to the market.
- Work with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with operational and client delivery excellence.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
- Establish clear KPIs, track campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Champion innovation, ensuring marketing approaches evolve with industry and technology trends.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the construction, architecture, engineering, or building products industry strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in B2B marketing, lead generation, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, lead teams, and collaborate cross-functionally.
