Our Supply Chain Manager – LATAM will be responsible for ensuring the reliable supply of products and materials across factories and 3PMs in the region. This role is critical to guaranteeing product availability, aligning capacity planning, and driving cost efficiency, while ensuring high service levels with our customers and distributors.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

• Ensure continuous product supply across Latin America.
• Secure the availability of raw and packaging materials to support production needs.
• Manage and escalate risks that could impact supply performance.
• Minimize write-offs and waste related to innovations.
• Develop and align mid- and long-term capacity plans.
• Align processes with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Procurement.
• Partner with Procurement and R&D to reduce costs and enhance efficiencies.
• Ensure service levels are consistently met with customers and distributors.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• 10+ years of proven experience in supply chain and production planning roles within FMCG, preferably in the food industry.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with SAP & Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and risk management skills.
• Results-driven and highly collaborative mindset.
