Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mixology, creating memorable guest experiences, and providing professional and friendly service. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with recipes and standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with customers, making recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Create new cocktails and seasonal drink specials in collaboration with the Outlet Manager
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor stock levels, request supplies, and minimize waste.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Support colleagues during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, resort, or high-volume bar/restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service is an advantage.
