Job Summary

We’re seeking a Solutions Architect with deep expertise in ContentStack to lead the replatforming of a major website from WordPress to a modern headless CMS. This is a short-term, 1.5-month project, where you’ll act as the technical visionary, designing a scalable, efficient, and future-proof content architecture that maximizes the power of the ContentStack platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the content modeling effort in ContentStack, ensuring logical, reusable, and optimized structures for authoring and multi-channel delivery.
• Analyze existing WordPress plugins, themes, and custom functionality to define the migration strategy and headless replacements.
• Create detailed technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and best practice guidelines for the development team.
• Select and integrate complementary technologies (e.g., Next.js, Gatsby, CDNs, DAMs) to complete the solution.
• Advise on ContentStack stack, environment, and user management strategies.
• Provide expert guidance on headless CMS concepts, performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and validate solutions during implementation.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Lead Developer, specifically with headless CMS implementations.
• Hands-on expertise with ContentStack (content modeling, modular blocks, management APIs).
• Strong knowledge of modern frameworks and architectures (Jamstack, React, Next.js, REST/GraphQL).
• Create detailed technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and best practice guidelines for the development team.
• Select and integrate complementary technologies (e.g., Next.js, Gatsby, CDNs, DAMs) to complete the solution.
• Advise on ContentStack stack, environment, and user management strategies.
