Report to: Supply Network Operations Manager

Working located in: Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Park, Tây Ninh (Bến Lức Long An)

Your Roles:

• Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for inbound and outbound process, goods storage, inventory management and other WH operations.
• This role guarantees operational excellence in warehousing and inbound/ outbound logistics and ensure compliance to Merck and local regulation. 

What You Should Do:

Distribution

• Execute distribution strategy aligned with business and SNO.
• Collaborate with commercial, SNO and customers to ensure smooth supply in E2E supply channel.
• Manage inventory report

Warehousing

• Manage all procedures of warehouse operation such as: Inbound/ Outbound, Storage, Stock Count, Stock movement, etc.
• Supervise warehouse activities
• Support for other activities in WH such as temperature mapping, facility management, fire fighting, security, pest control, etc.
• Arrange trainings to WH staffs for warehouse operational activities
• Ensure warehouse activities as per GxP requirements, local regulation and Merck requirements
• Maintain records of audits conducted, CAPA tracking and follow-ups

To recognize a reportable Adverse Event (AE) and / or safety information which may be related to our product and ensure that the necessary information is forwarded to the Local Drug Safety (LDSO) within 24 hours.

Who You Are:

• Graduated in Intermediate Pharmacist OR Bachelor's Phamacist degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse of Pharma MNC, at least 3 years in the same title (supervisor).
• English proficient.
• Advanced SAP system experiences 
• Good understanding of E2E supply chain and warehouse operational process 
• Effective communication to coordinate cross-functional issues, to manage internal and external relationship and to handle customer’s inquiry.
